6. Billing Verification
To help prevent fraudulent activity, please ensure that your billing information exactly matches the information held by your payment provider. Orders identified by our automated fraud prevention systems may be temporarily delayed or cancelled to protect the security of the cardholder.
7. Refunds
All refunds are processed in accordance with our official Refund & Return Policy. Once a refund has been approved, it will be completed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
