At present, we ship only within the United States (US). Orders submitted with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

Delivery Timelines

Shipping Time (Transit): 4–6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days from the date your order is placed.
Order Tracking
Every order includes real-time tracking. After your package has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.
Duties and Taxes
For customers within the United States, the amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay. Givro covers all standard shipping costs, and no additional duties or taxes are payable upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Although we work with trusted shipping carriers, unexpected delays may occasionally occur. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, or if you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will coordinate directly with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
